Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All registrations for our cricket tournaments are considered final once payment is completed. Because we plan grounds, schedules, player kits, umpire bookings, and logistics in advance, registration fees are generally non-refundable.

2. No Refund Scenarios

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • If a team or player cancels their registration voluntarily.
  • If the registered team fails to appear for the match.
  • If the team/player provides incorrect details during registration.
  • If disqualified due to violation of rules, misconduct, or unfair play.
  • If the match is rescheduled due to weather or unavoidable circumstances.
  • For technical issues caused by the user during payment.

3. Tournament Cancellation by Organizer

If we cancel the entire tournament due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., government restrictions, ground unavailability, safety issues), we may provide:

  • Full refund
  • OR transfer of registration to the next tournament

The decision will be communicated via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

4. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any card or UPI details.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Razorpay may take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount.

5. Duplicate Payment

If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same registration, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment after verifying the transaction.

6. How to Request Refund (If Eligible)

For valid refund or cancellation requests (as per policy), contact us with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Team Name
  • Payment Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request
