Our policy regarding registration fees is as follows:
- Non-Refundable: Once the registration fee (₹260, or ₹370 or ₹520 ) is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, as these funds are utilized for advance tournament logistics.
- Event Cancellation: In case a tournament is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or technical grounds), we reserve the right to either reschedule the event or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
- * Transaction Failures: If an amount is deducted twice due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 working days.
