Once a successful payment is made through Razorpay, the following items will be delivered electronically:
- Registration confirmation
- Payment receipt
- Team/Player ID (if applicable)
- Match schedules and updates
- Rules and instructions
All communication is sent via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS depending on the details you provide during registration.
3. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical products, kits, or materials through postal or courier services. Any items (such as jerseys, caps, medals, or trophies) are distributed **on the event/ground** during the tournament.
4. Delivery Time
Digital registration confirmation is usually delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.
If you do not receive the confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.
5. Incorrect Contact Details
We are not responsible for non-delivery of digital content due to:
- Incorrect email address
- Incorrect mobile number
- WhatsApp blocked/unavailable
- Spam folder issues
